I am Lorenzo Giacomelli, Tutor of Economics and Finance, Founder of LGEducation.

Since the years spent at the University in Bologna, during my degree in Economics and Finance, I have always given lessons to high school students or to my classmates.
After graduation, I had an experience in a private school as a teacher of Economics, English and Math for high school kids.

Later on I asked myself: "why not to take advantage of the online?". So I signed up on some platforms, starting with the first private lessons to university students.

Fortunately, I already had good technological equipment that allowed me to make the online as effective as the offline, if not more. The requests were increasing, the feedback was positive, and then I started investing even more time in it.
One of the most important people in my life showed me by example how important the preparation of a lesson is, and this mix of technology, commitment and preparation was very appreciated by the students!

Meanwhile, I realized the priceless pleasure that there is in bringing a student to his goal.
So I decided to make it a full-fledged business.

Time passed and after having experienced with dozens and dozens of students I realized that a new method was necessary, the 1to1 lessons were no longer enough: I needed quality material that could accompany students when they were alone, allowing them to study also individually. This would have made exam preparation faster, more precise, and above all more effective. So I decided to record all that key material needed to pass the exam, both theory and exercises, building a quick and easy path.

And so LGEducation was born.

For now, the platform is a pool of recorded content and notes that allows student to study independently. But it won't end there. I want LGEducation to become the point of reference for every student of Economics and Finance in Italy (and more), an environment where students can get help from professionals in the sector, a community of students with the same needs who help each other.

In short, the ultimate goal of LGEducation is to put in place all the tools necessary to make the university years one of the best moments in life.
